At WonderToys, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products returned after the 7-day return period.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our return policy.
